The small battery of 10Ah~14Ah will be added 2~3ml per cell. 17Ah~24Ah large batteries of 3~5ml per cell;

　　Check the water shortage in the single compartment again and add water for the third time if there is no water. Water addition must be absolutely controlled.

　　The principle of water replenishment is: when you observe with the naked eye, it is good to see that the water in the grid has just wetted the plate. If you can see the liquid, you're adding more water. This link needs special attention! Less than more hydrating tannins, not enough can be added, more easy to cause the proportion of sulfuric acid dropped, the battery capacity will be insufficient.

　　(4) cover the control valve and pay attention to restoring the filling. If is the rubber valve open, best replacement, if the feature is very good, also can not change but be sure to check its elasticity, elastic is not good, if it is necessary to replace the qualified valve.

　　(5) cover the battery cover plate. If it is glued, it should be glued. Rest for another 24 hours until the adhesive is fully solidified and then repair.

　　Note:

　　(1) open the valves do not take too long time, if the scheme of small current repair should cover the control valve immediately, or as impurities in the air will enter cells, which might affect the battery life;

　　(2) water replenishment is best carried out at the later stage of battery charging, so that the water can be replenished once, not easy to add more, and not easy to enter impurities.

　　(3) the so-called "supplemental liquid" must be special, and the resistance value shall be measured before use, and the pure water shall not be used casually.

　　(4) handle the control valve well and keep the control valve clean.

　　(5) it is absolutely prohibited to use metal contact to replenish liquid.
